Asherons Call Admin(+Envoy) duties.
What an Envoy can do for you:
- Envoys can respond to calls for assistance involving abusive players who
openly flood text, use foul or explicit sexual language, or make
inflammatory racial, religious, or other harmful remarks. The enforcement
measures the Envoy will take are determined by the Code of Conduct guidelines
for our game, as well as current community policy pertaining to Envoys.
Please do not expect immediate punitive action based solely upon your
report. Reports are investigated, and if it is determined an enforceable
offense has occurred, Envoys will take appropriate action.
- Envoys can get you free if you are stuck between a wall and a piece of
furniture, continually falling or “blipping” on a hillside, or --
sometimes -- continuously trapped in the log-in portal.
- Envoys can also provide assistance with in-game questions.
- Envoys have the ability to mute offensive players, and they can remove a
player from the world if need be.
What an Envoy cannot do for you:
- Envoys cannot locate a corpse, nor can they take you to where your corpse
is.
- Envoys cannot move creature spawns away from a lifestone.
- Envoys cannot move corpses that appear stuck in the landscape, on walls,
etc.
- Envoys cannot act as a go-between in player trades.
- Envoys cannot reimburse you for, nor replace, lost or stolen items.
- Envoys will not enforce against “camping” or “training.”
- Envoys cannot verify account information.

What IS NOT LISTED HERE is the self appointed duty of trolling and
harassing players in game. This self appointed duty has major detrimental
affects on your account. You may have invested hundreds of hours in
character development, months or years of time and money, and yet at the whim of
an admin you can be barred from using your account for 3 days to 6 months.
Threats are a common tool used by these over-zealous Envoys. One can
understand +Envoys responses t in-game requests calls for assistance. The
self appointed harassment of the player base as demonstrated leaves much
to be desired. This behavior is atypical of Microsoft Game Zone Management
of yester-year. Paramount to this Envoy problem is there is NO WAY to
communicate with Turbine to resolve issues of maltreatment by the few!
